Compiling WPS

To compile WPS, had to modify configure.wps to indclude:

COMPRESSION_LIBS        =  -L/home/slha/usr/lib -ljasper \
                           -L/usr/lib -lpng12
COMPRESSION_INC         = -I/home/slha/usr/include
